These terms apply to every order placed with Next Nova Electronics Trading L.L.C S.O.C.

1. About us

This website is operated by NEXT NOVA ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C, registration number 2665249, registered at Office No. 1101, 11th Floor, Xavier Business Center, Ibn Battuta Gate Office Complex, Jebel Ali First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error is evident, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
  • Prices and promotions may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except for cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order.

5. Returns, warranty and consumer rights

Our returns and warranty processes are described on the delivery and returns and warranty pages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but specifications, packaging and bundled accessories may change without notice by the manufacturer. Images are illustrative.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, data or business interruption.

8. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The content and layout of this website may not be copied without written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
