Delivery and returns

How and when we deliver across the UAE, and how to return an item if something is not right.

Delivery timelines

  • Dubai: next working day for orders placed before 15:00 (GST).
  • Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: 1–2 working days.
  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: 2–3 working days.

We currently deliver to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah.

Delivery charges

  • Free standard delivery on orders over AED 500.
  • AED 25 flat rate for orders below AED 500.
  • Cash on delivery may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Items must be unused, other than reasonable inspection.

  • Contact support with your order reference to open a return.
  • We arrange collection or provide a drop-off option in Dubai.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.

Non-returnable items

  • Software, digital licences and activated prepaid cards.
  • Opened consumables such as ink, toner and thermal paste.
  • Custom-built or special-order configurations.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report transit damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery charges.
